Architectural & Structural design
We have collaboration with a very experienced architects and engineer practice in the Greater Manchester while offering a single point of contact to work for you.
After listening to your requirements and needs, we will provide you with the initial drawings for your review, which if you like can make changes to the design at this stage. After you have approved the initial design concepts, our architect will work closely with you to prepare detailed extension drawings and floorplans, ensuring that the final design meets your requirements.
Once you are happy with the design, we will deal on your behalf and apply for the planning permission application, party wall agreements. A project manager will be assigned to your build and design project from start to completion.
Our design services comes with no obligation, if for any reason, you do want to use our services after our architect completes the drawing, all you have to do is to pay for the architects fees.
Planning permission & Building Regs
If you do not have a planning permission, Majestic Construction can help you with everything you need to secure planning permission, starting with a free no obligation chat to discuss your project brief and answer your initial questions.
We can also appoint a BCO (building control officer) who will sign off a project on completion. Majestic Construction will provide all the required certificates such as electric, gas and building regs on completion of your project.
